Who we are
The Skytanking organisation has two divisions, ‘Fuel’ and ‘Airport Operations’, the Fuel division is head-quartered in Hamburg, Germany and a part of Primeflight (head-quartered in Houston, USA), this role will reports into Operations Director within Airport Operations, in the event of cross product and/or global initiatives then the role will function within a wider Skytanking/Primeflight team . All references in this JD are on the basis of operating within the Airport Operations division only; which is currently based in London, England and operating in the U.K., Netherlands and Italy
This role is directly supporting the three bases in England including Manchester, Stansted and Birmingham
A leadership role which is a key member of the Skytanking Operations team being responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of Skytanking England Airports through inspirational leadership alongside the optimisation of all aspects of Airport Operations; to enhance Skytanking's emerging brand into a market leader in terms of Safety, Quality and People
The Regional Manager will be a meticulous problem solver, confident to challenge and question operational processes, identify inefficiencies and diagnose problems, to simplify and optimise operations.
Personality and a can-do attitude are key to success, being able to lead by example, coach, mentor, and inspire the Station Managers and operational teams, building the Skytanking Airport Operations employer brand through trust and authenticity.
With an entrepreneurial spirit and proven track record in the delivery of material growth the Regional Manager will identify and support opportunities to deliver organic business growth, greenfield entry into new markets, M&A and other major projects that align with the overall Skytanking business strategy.
Leading Station Managers to drive out-standing performance through the following KPIs (being the Airport Operations DNA):
• Revenue / Weighted Flight (Ton)
• Direct Cost / Weighted Flight (Ton)
• Gross Profit / Weighted Flight (Ton)
• Worked Hours / Weighted Flight (Ton)
• Direct Cost / FTE
