Who we are

The UK ground handling businesses, within the Skytanking non-fuel portfolio require a dedicated Finance resource, to work alongside the Operational Management Teams providing necessary Financial analysis and Business partnering whilst maintaining and developing Financial Controls, processes and procedures for the Group Financial Controller.

Your tasks

• Provide accurate and timely Management Accounts for the business on a Monthly basis
• Maintain fixed asset registers for various companies
• Reconcile and maintain intercompany balances, and issue recharges between entities
• Daily cash & bank reconciliations and posting of transactions
• Monitor compliance with Finance policy and procedure
• Monitor, oversee and action accurate and timely issuance of sales invoices
• VAT returns for registered entities
• With GFC, prepare weekly 13-week rolling cash flow
• Assist with annual audits
• Support the Operational management team with financial analysis needs
• Other tasks, projects and initiatives, as directed by Group FC

Your profile

Skills & Experience (essential)

• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills (use of macro’s/formulas)
• Good working knowledge of finance-related software products
• Willingness to learn about the business
• Ability to positively challenge
• Positive attitude
• Good, adaptable Team Player

Skills & Experience (desirable)

• Experience with Xero
• Availability to travel, potentially overseas and involving overnights
