Your tasks
To carry out all day-to-day Airbase GSE regulatory services with responsibility for ensure the organisation meets / exceeds the regulatory requirements / standards necessary. Working with, and reporting through, the Head of Quality & Compliance, a range of clients and wider business practices to drive efficiency and growth for Airbase GSE
- Carrying out regulatory oversight to ensure Quality & Compliance with the current standards in all areas of the organisation. To include, but not limited to: Audits, Training and Competencies.
- Act as the ‘go to’ person for all Quality & Compliance issues, from both internal and external customers.
- Carry out Auditing of Airbase GSE sites, as required.
- Attend Quality Assurance meetings both internal and external.
- Administration of Regulatory Oversight documentation
- Carrying out of Regulatory Oversight procedures
Part 145 / 21 Responsibilities & Duties:- For all issues relating to Quality & Compliance, report to the Head of Quality & Compliance or the Accountable Manager, in their absence.
- Ensuring that the quality of workmanship in the final product (s) is to a standard (s) acceptable to the organisation and the regulatory bodies.
- Ensuring the competence of all personnel by keeping a record of and establishing a programme of training and continuation training, through the Training and Quality Manager (s), using On the job instruction and evaluation examination.
- Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the regulations, through auditing of all organisation functions, sites.
- Ensuring that all employees are familiar with, and fully understand the procedures, as laid down in all company documentation.
- Act as deputy, for any periods of absence, for the Head of Quality & Compliance.
- Ensure all administrative duties are carried out in an accurate and timely manner.
