We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Regional Workforce Planning Analyst to join our team in Inverness. This role focuses on creating and managing rosters for the Scottish region while optimizing workforce allocation to meet business needs efficiently.

Your tasks

• Develop and maintain accurate rosters for all locations within the Scottish region.
• Analyze workforce data to optimize scheduling and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with regional managers and the Head of Workforce Planning to forecast staffing requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve workforce productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Support workforce planning initiatives aligned with business growth strategies.
• Undertake light travel within the region as necessary, strictly agreed upon in advance based on business needs.

Your profile

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in workforce planning tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the region as required.
