Your tasks
- Manage a portfolio of major airline and oil company accounts, acting as their primary commercial contact
- Develop and execute account plans focused on growth, retention, and customer satisfaction
- Lead contract renewals and price negotiations, supported by Regional VPs and the VP of Commercial & Pricing
- Prepare commercial proposals, term sheets, and contract amendments in collaboration with Legal and Finance
- Drive price realization, margin improvement, and discount discipline across your accounts
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing relationships
- Track contract milestones, renewal timelines, and commitment volumes to ensure nothing slips
- Gather and share customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends with internal teams
- Contribute to revenue forecasting, pipeline development, and profitability analysis for your accounts
- Collaborate closely with Pricing & Commercial Strategy, Regional VPs, Finance, and Operations on account strategy
- Maintain accurate account records and CRM data, and present regular performance reviews to senior leadership
